A Message from our President:
Hello, and welcome to the website of the Xi Beta chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at the University of North Texas!
In its fourth year of operation, I am honored to serve the brothers of the Xi Beta chapter as President. The time and energy this chapter has already given to creating change and doing good within the College of Music makes it one I am proud to represent. A service fraternity devoted to the betterment of the North Texas Wind Studies division, this organization works tirelessly to promote musicianship, leadership, and brotherhood amongst the divisions’ students and aids in fostering a sense of camaraderie throughout the entire College of Music that is seldom found elsewhere.
Within the last semester, the Xi Beta chapter made great strides in each pillar of our organization. Following the successful sales and launch of a line of College of Music merchandise, the chapter was able to fund a service project of cleaning and renovating the university’s marching bands’ storage facility. Aiding the 400-member Green Brigade in keeping an organized space ensures the success of the many logistics involved in its operations. Additionally, our music committee has exciting projects in the works, which we are incredibly excited to announce in the upcoming semester.
The Xi Beta chapter is one that I am proud to be a brother of. I have no doubt that as it continues to grow, this chapter will come to leave a significant impact on not only the UNT Wind Studies division, but on the Denton community as well. Xi Beta commits itself to serving those who share its passion for music and hopes it has your support in doing so!
